It's strange that there isn't an Android app that works like MSpaint, where you can download an image, import it, and resize it. There are lots of bloated subscription apps with graphics, filters, and stickers, but they forgot the basics.

Create a new thread just in case. Anyway, whichever thread it ends up in, I'll attach the collage.
