It is EXTREMELY funny. I do think he's capable of pulling some strings and setting shit up, but I think he's mainly here to watch us, the player, do shit in this world. Whether it be good or bad.
But he absolutely gets hyped as fuck during the Knight fight and wants to see you kick some ass.
Talking about this guy never fails to amuse me, what he know as Gaster may not actually be Gaster, and there's so much discussion, shitposter, art, and speculation over a character who may not even exist.
He's up there as one of my favorite characters.
