I was in his position for Yugioh cards that I bought for nostalgia reasons. But then I came into money trouble a few years later and sold most of them. Interestingly enough, I made profits through the process.
I think I paid 1k total and got 1,5k back.
Not huge but eh, it was fun while it lasted.
