It's free so you can just try and see for yourself. But for me I prefer gacha over regular live service model because I'd rather my side-game to not be grindy, I don't get every character (and I don't need every character), but they are both easy to unlock and quick to build, and I can dedicate my time to whatever main regular non live service game I'm currently playing.
