Personally I don't use brick echoes as fodder, I just discard them (press Z) and then delete them in the backpack later. You get refunded like 70% of the tubes and tuners you used to level it. It makes more sense to me to do it that way than to use it to level new echoes.

I used to do that back when I first started the game, and I was low on tuners and xp mats.
Now that I have a big stash of those, I always tune the first 4 substats, and if one of them at least rolls a crit, then I take it all the way to lvl 25.
A lot of my double crit echoes got those rolls on the 4th and 5th slots lol.

I went into DNA expecting a Wuwa clone but instead got an anime warframe. The melee combat is nothing to write home about and it doesn't feel very good. Just don't expect the snappy fighting experience of wuwa (is like comparing street fighter to tekken). The gunplay however is fast and fun albeit I am not sure how it translates on phone, a friend got some issues on her xiaomi tablet. I started the game a couple days ago, but I have a few questions.

Waveplates overflow into green waveplates, so don't feel pressured to spend them in early game. Lowering sol level makes enemies weaker, but also means you get fewer and less rare drops from monsters and stamina dungeons (Forgery challenges, tacet fields, etc). Since you say you're exclusively playing story, it doesn't really matter, but I would still keep your sol level high. Just see it as a guide for how well built your character should be at any given point in the story. If you're struggling, level them.
There is no good info on rerun banners for 3.x. We know the reruns for 2.8, they're Phoebe, Phrolova, and Cantarella. Old characters should be available to you via the New Voyages banner. Changli's skills have a long animation, but they continue even if you swap to a different character, so she's best when you play her in "quickswap" teams, where you try to optimize that sort of animation swap canceling. She's still okay but just doesn't reach her highest potential without that.

Currently I'm sol rank 4 / union 33 which caps my characters at 60 but the overworld mobs are 65-70 sometimes and it's quite annoying how long it takes to kill them.
I don't mind having actual challenges in bosses taking 3-4 mins and 2-3 shotting but the overworld encounters are quite annoying.
So the difficulty to play Changli is just quickswapping? That's kinda sad honestly, don't really enjoy that kind of playstyle, was hoping for something more on-field.

It's simple. Qiuyuan does heavy damage, and Iuno buffs heavy damage. She also does a lot of damage in her own right, so it's like a dual-dps team. It's about on par with Jiyan-Iuno.

The problem with lowering your sol level is that there's a 12h (?) cooldown on it, so you should make sure you don't care about spending waveplates or getting good materials from the stuff you're fighting. If that's fine, go for it.

Shorekeeper is a perfect example of a healer that does basically 0 damage. But no one complains about that, because the support she brings is SO GOOD that there's no reason to complain about her own personal damage, and its not restrictive at all.

The problem with restrictive supports like lupa and qiuyuan is they are dog shit if you don't have the specific characters/teams they enable. So if you just like the character and want to use them, fuck you unless you want those characters/teams as well.

I imagine most Danjin mains are already aware of it, but just in case someone isn't - her new signature is actually bugged, and you can trigger the heavy attack bonus twice with nightmare crownless, contrary to the description.
It requires a specific situation though - you can do it a second time only after you exhausted all the nightmare crownless stacks, then use the recharged stack before the first stack of the buff expires - it also does refresh the duration that way, again, despite what the sword description says.
I think the reason for it might be that a special ID is assigned to your echo skill, but once you exhaust all the stacks, for some reason that ID resets and thus the buff can be triggered again. Not that I ever looked at the code, so I don't know the actual reason.
