FE Fates is the game the MC is from the Hoshino (not!japan)'s royal family kidnapped in childhood by the Evil King of Nohr (gothic medieval country) and raised among his children for his evil plans.

Camilla is the older sister of Nohr the reliable motherly one with big breasts that walks around with exposed panties and is a Wyvern Rider. Keeps giving rather dark lines about murdering people in your stead or people that she cares that would leave her (it's implied she is actually joking since she says she will try toning down the dark humor but most people can't tell the difference and think she is a legit psycho). She is also pretty touchy repeatedly trying to drag the MC to bath with her.
