I feel like this is actually a pretty important thing for Gregor.
This might even be part of Hermann's whole "gift" she mentioned and her own fixation with the Mirror somehow.
Maybe, somehow, Gregor's arm somehow is a one-of-a-kind thing even among mirror worlds? After all, he doesn't have that specific arm nor is it really mentioned in other worlds either.
It's kind of hard to really say. I just hope we get more info on Gregor by Meursault's canto atleast if it happens in N Corp.
