they can argue it looks too similiar, that it's a threat to their brand, whatever, judges are boomers and can see that as a copyright violation. You already see similiar shapes, blocks, the way characters move, similiar sounds, crafting is still the same. I have no doubts MS lawyers can find 10 times more evidence to murder them with legal fees and giving them simple option to make it allll go away with a simple C&D
