Yeah, probably. Jap fans liked him a lot so they'd definitely be happy to see him return, all though if he's still alive I imagine he would have became the new leader of the Sazanami and continued the evil shit. Assuming Hakuri survives the events of the series I feel like him returning to the Sazanami, leading them, reforming them, and legitimizing them as a moral merchant clan could be a good/satisfying ending for him.
