Hope this means they're going to three permanent rivals and six rotating spots. If so, that means every school will play in the stadium of every school in the conference at least once every four years. It'll make the conference feel like an actual conference again. Georgia still hasn't been to College Station even though A&M is in its thirteenth season in the SEC.
I expect some fans will be unhappy with who they get as their third permanent rival since not every school has an obvious pick or it might already be a bigger rival for other schools. Last time this came around, they were going to try to balance it so that "have" teams got two "have" rivals and one "have not" rival, with the "have not" rivals getting two "have not" rivals and only one "have" rival. Back then Tennessee was considered a "have not" with Auburn and Florida being "have" teams, positions that are now reversed.
