BG3 should be the stepping stone for something more than 1+1 = 2 kind of game, I know women generally dislike heavy combat games which is why they generally dislike Owlcat games, so you can suggest Disco Elysium or some VN instead, but if you are a dude that enjoyed BG3 I will recommend Owlslop or DoS2 because it should be a natural transition
