Bad legion trait as leadership isn't as relevant and hardly anything has higher instances of Fear anyway. The only graces are a greater variety of detachments that represent the Hexagrammaton this time around, and hoping those extra prime slots and the wider selection of unique units can pull more legwork, but then you got other legions who have more actively useful traits and probably can piece a decent list just fine without that same selection.

Another situational legion trait, no unique detachment and it took legacies for all the unique wargear to come back, just for it to be overpriced. If it weren't for Chaos shenanigans you're almost vanilla, and even then traitors in general have a prime advantage for Chaos shenanigans.
