the scariest part about all of this is the fact that there are billions of people just like Raja with very low IQ and very low impulse control. They have a high propensity towards violence and they are allowed to live amongst us in the civilized world. That's not even being racist either, because their most likely victim is another black man or woman just trying to live a normal quiet life.
