I didn't even watch her streams a lot but this kinda hurts a little. I was doing good with lifting before and during covid, but ran into some health issues a couple years ago, slipped into depressive episodes, and I've just been coasting ever since. Maybe I should hop on the self improvement bandwagon again. who's going to love a loser like me
