He's trying to make his exit but the road is in the process of milling and repave, he needs to drop from the paved part down to the milled part I'm on. He's preoccupied with this and his exit coming up, doesn't shoulder check at all, swerves over. I slam brakes and lay in to horn, avoid collision by inches. Have a look at the guy expecting black as it's a suburban. Jeets and asians don't drive those. Middle aged white guy. I'm even more offended.
