I just build my first PC after more than a decade without playing games. Last game I no-lifed was Skyrim when I was in college. After that I didn't really play anything. Now I got a job and enough money to buy me the things I couldn't before. I used to play RPGs, RTS, MMOs, FPS, ARPGs.

Im 33 and never took a break I’ve been a gamer since I was like 6. Currently playing Zelda totk, never had a switch and after they announced switch 2 I checked amazon for switch 1 carts and they all went on sale 15%-50% so I snagged some and a switch from Nintendo.

Went to a pawn shop and got a ps3 after only watching 2 best friends and playing pc games. Emulators has made retro gaming possible and fun.

I played Warhammer 40k Rogue Trader last night. finished up the prison planet and rescued Winterscale. So far this game is slog, the writing is servicable enough but some of these characters are just really obnoxious, and the combat takes forever. Been playing Motor Town: Behind the Wheel after I put the kid to bed some nights. Basically doing shipping jobs to fund setting up a public transit network for my island that doesn't have to be very profitable, just enough to cover maintenance. So you now must choose: Watch something you dont want to watch, and you will sit here for the entirety of your night until it its time to prepare for the next day because if you get up to do something else she will say "where are you going? You dont wanna spend time with me?"

You will say you arent in the moo for tv, and tensions will rise, followed not long after by an inevitable argument.
