Capitalism is a bit of a Marxist boogeyman really. United States you could say was a capitalist nation pre WW2, but since that, it has become more and more socialist, especially for rich people. Where I work they made horrible decisions for the company since 2016 and especially 2020 of (((growing the business))) and the business sucks now. Corporations ruin businesses from their pedantic views on money and profit, they ultimately serve themselves to the expense of the three groups that businesses are supposed to serve: customers, employees, and if everything goes well, shareholders.
It's not supposed to be, bonuses for goys and rampant growth to make the company look more expensive than it is. Being run cheap as fuck into the grave
