Well, it's copying the slurring cadence of a drugged out trap-rapper. It's less censorship, and more emulating the delivery. It's why we got nigga from nigger, it wasn't inherently a ploy to make it a term of endearment, it was just how southerners pronounced an already mispronounced word (negro).
