The best thing to do for NGB is to just play it on original hardware or a later xbox (afaik you can play it on every xbox console), but emulation is the way to go if you can't do that for some reason. Sigma (the version included in the Master Collection on modern platforms and PC) is a fine version of the game, but still a downgrade from Black in a few ways.
>NG2
NG2 is best played on an Xbox One or Series X or emulated. You can play it on 360 if you want, but it has famously shit performance in a few areas which might hurt the experience. Sigma 2 is so shit that it isn't even worth mentioning.
