Anons need to play Earthbound more than the Halloween Hack. Toby's not the same person he was in his teens, and it makes more sense to play the game where he seemed to get his inspiration for most of the meta shit in Undertale/Deltarune.

I wish we can get a scene in Deltarune like how Ness's thoughts show up in Lumine Hall. Maybe we can see Kris's thoughts, and once they get a moment alone, they come back to the hall so they can have us hear/see their thoughts.
