No, Ass Creed has actually just always been bad.

At its best, it was an incredibly dumbed down, bastardized Thief-meets-Hitman. And the game would have still been pretty shit if it was just that, but those moments are actually pretty few and far between.

probably the best roguelike, although I enjoyed my Oblivion/Skyrim games where I chose TG/DB characters.
