Almost all tabletop players I know are just regular dudes with relationships, kids and jobs, and they hold normal center-left opinions of politics. This might be mostly a superior Euro-thing, though. I've noticed over the years that lot of the worst nightmare stereotypes of online fandoms apply almost always to american sects, but not european. Like, even furries here are pretty cool people, but in trumpfuckistan they are mentally ill troons, dog-rapists and incel stalkers.
