Because most of them have not grown up habituated to violence since birth. You cannot imagine what it's like to grow up as a shitskin unless you have done it or seen it through work or something. They are stress innoculated by the time they can walk. Some cracker may live his whole life without gaining the same ability to manage in chaos.
Also White men don't teach their kids properly but that is starting to change. I know a couple of young dads who are prioritizing combatives with their boys.
