New Vegas is simply a better game than Fallout 3 and the best of the nu-Fallouts. Anyone who heralds 3 as some sort of misunderstood masterpiece is either a contrarian, a troll, or someone who really, really likes crawling around metro tunnels and modding Fallout into some sort of post-apocalyptic survival-horror game. The DLC as a whole is probably one of my favorite things in gaming. Well, OWB I could take or leave due to its open world structure.

I really miss the years when this was unanimously one of /v/'s favorite games and there was tons of OC. It's pretty funny to see the rare NV thread on other boards, away from the shitposters here, and discussion is perfectly normal.

Games still fun. I don't play them every single day anymore but it's not because I like them less, my life just filled up with other stuff. Recently been doing deliveries to fund a transit network for The People in Motor Town: Behind The Wheel. It's mad cozy.
