As for what you said. It is true that many countries that were previously under Russian hegemony don't like Russia. But this isn't true for all. Moreover, at least until this war, Russia was gaining favor in much of Europe. Especially in Germany. What actually explains this phenomena?
The simple answer is, money. Why did the Soviet Union fall apart? Money. Why was Yanukovych overthrown? Money.
Thus comes the question, why does the West have money? Secondly, if things were reversed(IE if Europe was poor and Russia rich), would you feel the same way?
Where does the EU's money come from? Why is Poland being subsidized by the EU/America? How can America run a $1 trillion trade surplus?
Again, you have a simplistic and childish understand of how the world works. The reality is, America is going bankrupt and can no longer subsidize its empire. And the EU is going bankrupt because German industry was being heavily subsidized by cheap Russian commodities.

In any case, your speech is an emotional speech. Which may actually be how many people feel, but only because people feel however their governments(see oligarchs) want them to feel. But understand that ideology/propaganda is a means to an end. A strategy. Not reality.
