Can all stats be trained to 100 like in CoC 1 or do I actually need to be careful with how to allocate my stats this time?

What's the point of implimenting this mechanic then?

Why does the horny bar increase passively out of combat from doing nothing??? Why does sleeping fill up half of the horny bar???
