The only thing that can save the 'social contract' is absolutely stone cold, brutally honest ratings for everyone out of ten. The ratings apply from between the ages of 18-65, don't apply before or after. This will be as permanent and official as your NI number and will be publicly verifiable as all rankings will be hosted on a blockchain. Impossible to fake.
You will only be allowed to date and sleep with people of your rating out of ten, or ONE level higher or lower. Anyone found to be breaching these rules will be immediately sentenced to ten years in prison without trial. Second time, 20 years. Third time, you don't come out.
Ratings will be generated from two pools and updated yearly:
1) The public rating where you will be required to rate 1000 people, randomly assigned to you via an app. Ratings are averaged (ratings by women are weighted to produce a normal distribution, ratings by men are taken as is).
2) The expert rating where high quality men of good taste are assigned larger pools (multiple thousands each, they will be compensated for their time of course) and their ratings are collated with the public to achieve an absolute single number.
Without this, society will continue to collapse.
