Fortunately that Pmyth is not the one that aligns with the in game canon. Only Pmyth5.2 "AUSU" states what is said on the flame plate and the earth plate, so that is the one that forms the basis for everything except Giratina. Which was subsequently added from one of the older Pmyths later to be "Arceus' shadow.'

Because originally it was only Palkia and Dialga according to the original Sinjoh Sigil, so Giratina was a last minute addition.

That beta origin unfortunately doesn't align with the in game details. PMyth5.2 "AUSU" is the only one that actually aligns with the Earth Plate and Flame plate explaining the giants, the cosmic egg, and how it all came to be.

Giratina's origin is likely from the the one Pmyth outlier that states that he is Arceus' shadow that he can not slay that he banished to the underworld but who grows in power every day.
