That beta origin unfortunately doesn't align with the in game details. PMyth5.2 "AUSU" is the only one that actually aligns with the Earth Plate and Flame plate explaining the giants, the cosmic egg, and how it all came to be.

Giratina's origin is likely from the the one Pmyth outlier that states that he is Arceus' shadow that he can not slay that he banished to the underworld but who grows in power every day.
