Honestly whenever I start to feel stressed and shitty and my back starts to constantly hurt if I sleep on the floor for one or two nights it's miserable but it actually fixes and resets everything. Your body works out the knots instead of finding positions where it comfortable to not. Literally can't recommend once a month floor sleeping more
