No it isn’t. Rouge the Bat is all skin and she’s one of the most popular anthro characters. Plus hairless cats exist. A lack of fur makes her more unique since she retains the usual anthro stylings like a snout, animal nose, claws, ears and tail and I think it makes her more distinct.
