I cant even begin to explain to you how unbalanced and retarded it is to tie abilities like cleave or sneak attack to weapons.
Makes classes even less distinctive.

If it doesn't matter what race you play because backgrounds and what class you play because feats tied to weapons why even play different characters at all?
