Only like 7-10 million guys not working has had enough of a effect to warrant them to bitching about it, imagine if we doubled or tripled that number. As it stands right now it has an effect but not a big enough effect to do much of anything beyond making them whine about losing out on some profits because bunch of guys don't need cars to commute to the wageslave cage and all the other expenses that come with that.
Corporats get less profits, government gets a smaller tax base, pensioners seethe.
