It's possible that the numbers are manipulated to some extent, but niggers are also extremely consistent and congregate in certain areas doing similar things. A nigger in a public library reading philosophy is an outlier. A nigger on random nigwalk downtown or any "club" type environment looking to score a victim is their natural habitat. Much like wolves patrol watering holes niggers congregate around where their prey are. So they end up almost proportionally overrepresented in those environments almost equally to their overrepresentation of criminality because that is what they do and that is where they do it. If we started expatriating repeat violent criminals the north American pavement ape would be an endangered species in two generations. It is sadly just their nature and the more I study it the less I believe that most if any are worth the effort of trying to fix. It is just what they are and they need to be returned to their native habitat so they stop trying to adapt their nature to our civil environment at our expense.
