I dont think Taimanin needs a male MC at all, the girls should be the focus and Taimanin definitely shouldnt be a harem series (which it sadly has turned into).
Id rather play as a faceless commander like some other gachas than some weak incompetent garystu self-insert who still somehow always wins and and everyone lust after for no particular reason. It always feels so shallow and forced how everyone is amazed by and interested in Fuuma, especially in AT with his supposed "tactical genius" which is completely mediocre at best.
