you don't need rapid recharge or cd reduction with haze and you're straight up throwing if you buy melee items with her (and most characters in this game atm after the gutted the shit outta melee honestly), so it's not "just" 3200, is it? but EVEN THEN you don't need any of them to become online with the other characters either.

i don't know about you guys but i genuinely tried to enjoy playing dynamo cause i love his looks but he's one of the most boring heroes in the game. i'll give you this at least, others like nigfernus and warden are even worse at this
