it's almost impressive how much konami fucks up silent hill at every single turn. it's as though for every brand new game their first step is to gather all fan feedback and requests to make sure they don't accidentally include any of it and then they brainstorm new ways to utterly fuck the franchise be it a dungeon crawler style handheld entry, some internet interactive movie/game with a battlepass, or completely removing the game from the heavily american settings it's known for to replace them with japan and a focus on combat.
