Knight and Kris looked like they were stalling for time in chapter 3 final confrontation, but once Undyne shows up, Knight immediately springs to action.Then there's chapter 4 - if choir practice took place, there would've been at least one more important target there, namely Noelle, and we know that Knight wanted to drag her into Dark World since chapter 2.
