The issue with industrial farming is that they use the same soil over stripping it if nutrients without proper rotation. But you are correct about the highly processed foods. Sugar, flour shouldn't be white. Its all stripped of nutrients and of course the pesticides. I try and eat whole foods (non organic, im not rich) and everyone should do the same. If i had a lot of money I would eat nothing but organic and grass fed
