Since I got glowing reviews from the glowies last thread, I'll also say organic pineapple juice is good to drink. Pineapple but still is pretty good as an anti bacterial and has lot of good nourishment in it. Especially bromelain (not to be confused with the poison bromine that gets into vegetable products like certain vegetable oils). I know I said stuff about berries before but this is a multiple berry so I wasn't thinking of classing it exactly the same as a normal berry. It's the only thing that switches classifications between weird non vegetable fruit and specialized fruit and it's the only thing considered a fruit I can approve of besides the other berry that isn't a standard berry because the naming conventions don't always match the botanical definition: Coconuts. They're anti bacterial, anti fungal and the fat from the solid edible white part and the milk made from it has pretty unique properties. That stuff can slim down a literal (bovine) cow with enough of it. Which is kind of funny to think that feeding a cow (plant) milk could do that. You can also do a lot of stuff with the other parts of the coconut too. You can also make parts of coconuts and their trees into clothing. Sturdy, hypoallergenic and less prone to being a hive of bad microorganisms (screw cotton).

I also said not to eat flax, but wearing it is ok. Linen is pretty reliable if you can get it woven thick enough. Alpaca is better but that is expensive enough to be a problem for the lowest budget so linen is the more economical but less effective choice for cold situations and linen is slightly easier for hotter ones when going shirtless isn't the best move (it's legal for men and women in a lot of places but check your local laws).
