At first, I thought that difficulty complaints were exaggerated, but then I reached Greymoor and encountered a boss that absolutely fucking shredded my ass. I thought, "okay, there must be some health upgrade at this point, I've been playing for long enough, maybe I missed something". So I went back to the only area I could explore more of, Hunter's Trail, and encountered another boss that fucked me even fucking harder. Now I understand the complaints. In metroidvanias, you're supposed to feel more powerful as you progress, but this game exists to rape your ass from start to finish, and getting gud requires becoming a speedrunner.

>Do people get like this over animal cruelty in games?
Yes actually, not to the point where ethots will record videos crying about it for clout but people generally don't enjoy seeing animals hurt even in movies so games, by virtue of being interactive, have it worse
>murder?
The one great equalizer, if it's adults and not targeted, people see no problems with it, it's just what it is.
>torture?
Of the sexual kind like rape? Yeah. Anything else and it's just another trope in a story.
>incest?
Americans and americanized people are the only one who care about this at all.
>rape
>NONE OF IT IS REAL
If women could ban men from even thinking about doing it they very much would, they can't so they resort to other ways, the idea of that being enjoyable or something to be consumed by men for men, for a woman, is the most disgusting thing, the fictional nature of it to them is just an excuse.

>Got a job
>Still rarely spend any money
>In a month or so I'll have enough money to build a good enough PC for anything I'd want to play for the next few years and still have some money left over
I might actually do it.
