He's talking ballistics. I'm talking terminal ballistics. If you don't know the difference I don't care what else you have to say. I can load .38spl hot as fuck and approximate 9mm ballistics. This is retarded though as a standard velocity hardcast .38 will completely penetrate a human torso. Recoil depends on many factors. My j-frame 38 has more felt recoil than a service-size 9mm. Shot placement and penetration are all that matter.
