Actually yes, there's usually like a crowd of 10k or 20k prior to the major races, from what I've heard it usually goes from like 8 or 9 AM all the way to late afternoon, which is when the real main races start, like your G2s and G1s and whatnot, and those gather up to 150k people or more depending on the size of the venue.
