Rock bottom + wanting to quit is the only way. I have seven years now.

But I smoke the reefer. Gotta have something to take the edge off. And as alternatives go, weed is damn safe. But I could do meth and it'd be a step up. Nothing will ever be as destructive to my life as booze was.
