You've gone too deep, dude. It's a left-leaning cartoonist. But that doesn't mean the morons he depicts are from "the right". They're just stupid people. In fact, none of them really ever have political statements to make, they're just overly old-fashioned and populist and ordinary.
If the right sees that an identifies with it that's their mistake and their problem. No one's labeling it like that. It's in the eye of the beholder.
You seem to see everything through the extreme lens of two sides politics. If someone is making a statement then they must firmly fit on one end and their "target" is the other end.
The world is not that way.
