Why did everybody forget about these? Yes, they take 25 seconds to ramp, but after that it's easier to maintain stacks then the coiling whisper tech AND it frees up gems and the ring slot.

Why would they? Only 6% of people are using it and they never nerfed soul ascension, which does need more ramping time but is even stronger.
