You keep forgetting that everyone, even the United States were scared shitless of Russia before 2022. Everyone thought the war would be over in three days and that might Russia would turn Ukraine into a proper puppet state.
But I guess Ukraine was different, Ukraine saw Russia's weakness. They then decided to bait Putin by fighting separatists in their own territories, all part of Zelenski's master plan you see. And now here we are three years later, it turns out Ukraine miscalculated and thought Russia stood no chance. But Russia is strong, it has more people, more resources, and now Ukraine is going to lose in two more weeks.
