How do I counter this mf? He only needs one teleport item to win you a teamfight. How is this balanced? The map is too cramped literally everywhre. It has no casting time or anything.

YOSHI REDUCE THE COOLDOWN BUT GIVE IT SOME CASTING TIME SO IT WON'T WORK WITHOUT VORTEX WEB MOST OF THE TIME

There are too many useless heroes bros, like Yamato, Paradox, Wraith, Shiv - they're utter shit now.
You can't make damage with them, your best bet would be slowing support or some another lame shit
