I think he's just ok. If the enemy team is very immobile he can shit on them, assuming they don't just CC him to death.
If the enemy team isn't immobile, or can CC, or can just aim, he gets shredded too quickly without dealing enough damage.

Only time I've seen him do well against good players is diving on them after major cooldowns have been blown and stink-auraing them to death at 500 mph

He's not a bad communicator and his tips videos are good, but his in-game builds almost always suffer from "here's some laning items you need to get" and then it proceeds to list of 15k souls worth of shit. He's one of the best players in the world, so he can pull money out of his ass to buy this but the average player is really going to lag behind trying to follow his buy order, especially when he lists stuff like cultist as like the eighth item you should buy, and then i end up seeing people following his guide and buying it at 20 minutes or something

Late game your job is going to be penetrating their back-line and making it hard for them to do their job, you're going to have a hard time manning up on a similarly farmed Seven, Haze, Wraith etc. If the enemy starts buying silence/curse for you then you'll need to get a counter item like counterspell or debuff remover (makes curse have less duration)

bottom line: she dies to people playing the game properly by keeping waves pushed and denying rakes and forcing her into her own jungle to lick her wounds, and by having 2 people in a lane that are close enough to face tank an ult that she's forced to disengage after using and prevents her from staying in a fight
