Cars cost like $50k new, I'm not surprised. I literally could not fathom paying more than $10k-$15k but then again I don't tow or off road or race. Would I love to have a big fucking jeep? Yeah, but I literally can't see myself spending that much unless I'm sitting on cash, and even then, I'd rather out it n my kids 529 or my 401k or go on a vacation.
My buddy is a loan officer at a bank and says people who drive pic related are usually worth close to, or over, 7 figs. Nice middle aged guy comes in to do banking with them, deposit cash, etc. drives a fucking 20 year old mercury. Has like $4m in assets with their bank.
